I am the owner of Kraft Massage & Bodywork and founder of The Garden Wellness Studio in Phoenixville. With more than 25 years of experience in massage therapy and bodywork, my work has always centered on helping people feel better, move better, and reconnect with their bodies.
Kraft Massage & Bodywork reflects my hands-on approach to therapeutic care with a focus on pain relief, recovery, mobility, and overall well-being. The Garden Wellness Studio grew from a larger vision - to create a welcoming, collaborative space where thoughtfully chosen practitioners, classes, workshops, and wellness experiences can come together.
I believe wellness should feel personal, accessible, and rooted in genuine care. Through both Kraft Massage & Bodywork and The Garden, my goal is to create opportunities for healing, connection, education, and growth within our community.
